About Joanne

Joanne Bello has been working with special needs children since 1994, beginning as a volunteer in an autism unit at Nova Southeastern University in South Florida. She provides supported inclusion shadowing services for children ages 18 months through age 8 and has worked in over 15 private school settings in the Boca Raton/Palm Beach County area. In 2012, she started her RPM journey by attending Soma Mukhopadhyay's Introductory Course in Austin. She was selected by Soma to intern at the HALO clinic and over three years (2013-2015) earned the Highest Qualified RPM Provider Certification. Her unique set of skills include Registered Behavioral Technician certification, life and functional skill strategies, fine and gross motor skill activities, RPM, tutoring for typical and special needs students, and consulting strategies for home and school settings.
